ICBC Enhanced Care Program

After a motor vehicle accident, patients can start treatment with a physiotherapist, chiropractor, massage therapist, acupuncturist and a kinesiologist to help alleviate injury symptoms at NO COST and completely free in our clinic

ICBC offers pre-approved chiropractic treatments for individuals injured in crashes as part of their Enhanced Care Program. These treatments are available for the first 12 weeks following the accident, and include up to 25 chiropractic visits, requiring no medical referral.

ICBC provides pre-approved access to various treatments, including chiropractic care, within the first 12 weeks after a collision

You don’t need a doctor’s referral to see a chiropractor for ICBC-covered treatments

Direct Billing

ICBC typically pays chiropractors directly, eliminating out-of-pocket expenses for the patient

To access these benefits, you need to report the accident to ICBC and open a claim

Treatment Plan

We will assess the patient and develop a treatment plan to help them return to their pre-accident state

Follow-up Care

While the initial 12 weeks are covered, additional treatments may be required beyond this period. If your recovery requires further kinesiotherapy, ICBC can provide coverage if a legitimate need for additional treatments can be established

It’s recommended to book your treatments as soon as possible to make the most of the 12-week pre-approved coverage. It’s also important to be diligent in following the personalized treatment plan established by your healthcare team
